5 reasons why this summer you must go to Tibidabo with your family

Fun for all ages

Tibidabo offers more than 34 attractions for the whole family. You’ll find everything from great classics like the Giradabo, the Plane, the Talaia or the Carousel to the most modern and thrilling rides like the Roller Coaster or Merlí, a 52-meter free fall with spectacular views of the city. It’s a park of accessible size, designed to be easy and comfortable for the whole family to enjoy.

Cool off while having fun

This summer, Tibidabo offers options to beat the heat while keeping the fun going: the new Alaska attraction, the Gold Mine or the interactive fountains will let you cool off while enjoying thrills with your family. In addition, the park also has shaded areas and air-conditioned attractions.

Shows to thrill young and old

The visit to the park is complemented by the Emotions Festival, a program of shows for the whole family including concerts, circus, dance, comedy, and more. Also, Tibidabo’s mascots (Ti, Bi, Da, and Bo) are celebrating their 10th anniversary with a new show, and the Marionetarium presents a new summer performance: “Cabriolas de fil” (String Capers), a circus-inspired number featuring nine puppets on stage.

A unique and historic setting

The park, located on the mountain summit, offers a unique experience in a privileged natural environment, with unmatched views of Barcelona. It’s also a park with history, emotionally connected to entire generations of Barcelona families.

Flexible hours and easy access

The park is open from Wednesday to Sunday throughout the summer, offering many options to fit your schedule. It’s easily accessible, making it ideal for a day out, an afternoon escape, or a spontaneous outing. Whether you’re a member or not, whether you already have emotional ties to the park or not, Tibidabo is always a great option.

And if you want more thrills…

This summer, Merlí incorporates a new spiral ascent route, offering unique panoramic views also during the climb. Once at the top, it maintains the 360º spin before the free fall.

A park in Barcelona with very easy access – have you tried the Cuca de Llum? The sustainable funicular that connects Doctor Andreu Square with the summit of Tibidabo in just four minutes, with large windows that turn the journey into a visual and educational spectacle.

The Collserola Tower reopens

The Collserola Tower reopens this summer, offering a unique opportunity to visit one of the most spectacular viewpoints in Barcelona. From July 2 to September 8, 2025, it will be open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

This telecommunications tower, designed by Norman Foster for the 1992 Olympic Games and with a total height of 288 meters, has a public observation deck located on the tenth floor, 115 m above the Vilana hill (560 m above sea level). From there, on clear days, you can enjoy a panoramic view of up to 70 km, stretching from the city of Barcelona to Montserrat and the Cadí‑Moixeró range. Access to the viewpoint is via a panoramic glass elevator that rises in just 2.5 minutes — a dizzying and visually striking experience.

“This summer, Tibidabo becomes The Summit of Emotions. Come with your family, live the experience, and create memories that will last a lifetime.”
