In Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, 30 min from Barcelona, is worldwide known for its cava wine. What it might be new for some is that great quality chocolate is produced there, too. Simón Coll’s chocolatier family has been working hard for 6 generations. This weekend I enjoyed visiting their factory and did the “Espai xocolata” tour guide. 100% recommendable!
